Much of life’s turmoil arises from obsession with what cannot be let go; repeatedly dwelling on old pain only burdens the soul. Only by learning to forget, by releasing an unchangeable past and freeing our emotions from its grip, can we make room in our hearts to embrace peace and hope and move forward in life.
